      A. We will send you an order acknowledgement email promptly after receiving your order on the web site, so you get verification that your order was properly received.       A. If you are not completely satisfied with one of our products you may return it any time within 30 days of the date of Sale for a hassle-free refund of the amount paid for the product. Refunds do not include shipping costs. On exchange of defective products, acmejeepparts.com will pay for shipping on the outbound replacement product only. We only specify that the product not be damaged, missing components or manufacturer's documentation. Special order or non-stocking items are specifically exempted from this policy and will be assessed an appropriate re-stocking charge. Place your name and order number on the package for efficient identification. Please note that we do not pay the shipping charges involved in returning goods.

      A. All parts are covered only by the Manufacturer's Warranties and/or Guarantees. acmejeepparts.com, Inc. can assume no responsibility for use or application by the user. We have made every effort to ensure that the information on this website is correct. However any typographical or printing errors, Prices or Specifications (subject to change) will be corrected without prior notice.

      A. Because we are a Master Warehouse Distributor we carry a huge amount of inventory. Sometimes however, an item will be in short supply. You will be notified if an order cannot ship in a timely manner. Except for Special Orders and some Drop Shipments we will not charge your credit card for orders, which have not been shipped.

      A. Except for Special Orders (e.g. Hardtops) and some Drop Shipments we will not charge your credit card for orders, which have not been shipped.

      A. We do not have retail outlets.

    Q. Where does acmejeepparts.com charge sales tax?
      A. With the exception of a very small percentage of drop-ship orders, only orders shipped to an address in Pennsylvania or Nevada will be charged a sales tax.

    Q. What is your shipping policy?
      A. Most orders will be shipped by United Parcel Service. Small items may ship via the Postal Service. Hardtops ship by Truck Freight, we will contact you with the final cost. Collect. See our table for actual shipping cost. We often ship from multiple locations throughout the US to give you better and more economical service.
