 | With a long driveshaft and factory low-pinion front axle, TJ Wrangler front pinion u-joints are extremely vulnerable to rock damage. Breaking these spinning parts is one of the easiest ways to wind up with a 2WD rig on a 4WD trail - probably not what you had in mind! These special front Sliders are designed specifically to fit the factory Jeep front axles to provide the same pinion-saving benefit as our rear axle models. Like the rears, each bolts on in minutes with no modification to your housing. This slider fits the front factory TJ Rubicon Dana 44 only. |

 | On the trail, nothing is worse than a disabled vehicle that doesn’t run. One of the fastest ways that can happen is to puncture your oil pan on a rock and after you drag the vehicle off the trail, the dealer may charge as much as $600 to replace the pan! The better option is to prevent the ruined outing and expensive repair in the first place. Our pan-hugging, engine-mounted skid is made from stout 3/16th steel and prevents both the dreaded puncture and crushing that can occur on rocks and other trail obstacles. It also provides better clearance to exhaust and other chassis items than frame-mounted designs and allows easy access for oil changes.
