The New AEV Big Brake Kit for Jeep® Vehicles is a complete, bolt-on front brake kit. Knuckles are new castings, nodular iron and machined to factory specs manufactured in Detroit.
Calipers are BRAND NEW OEM parts, not re-manufactured junkyard or off-shore copies.
The brake pads are high-end aftermarket. Rotors are pre-drilled for the stock TJ, 5x4.5 bolt circle. 60 – 0 stopping performance was a huge improvement averaging more than 20ft less.

tanks, Chassis-mounted tire carrier opens as one with tailgate which holds up to a 40-inch tire, Wide, built-in rear step with non skid surface, Bomb-proof 3/16” thickwall,
mandrel bent chassis-mounted corner protection tubes, ½” thick D-Shackle mounting points.

Two built-in 2.3 gallon water storage tanks located on the left and right side of the AEV Rear Bumper for JK means less water needs to be carried inside.

AEV's CHMSL is designed to replace the factory unit that often gets blocked or removed when adding larger tires. This CHMSL is designed to work with all AEV wheels and most factory five spoke wheels. The hole pattern will accommodate 5x5.5, 5x5 and 5x4.5 wheel bolt patterns. Long life SuperBright LED's are directed in three different directions ensuring that other motorists will see you quickly.

We originally conceived this little gem to compliment our XJ rear bumpers. It quickly found its way onto everything from the Brute to trailers. Makes an excellent choice for anyone needing to locate or re-locate a license plate. The unique design uses three SuperWhite LED’s to produce a very bright white light. LED’s will last as long as the vehicle and draw virtually no power. Kit includes a powdercoated 14ga steel bracket, LED lamp and rivets for an easy installation.
