Mail-in rebate offer applies to Baja ATZ Radial, Baja ATZ Plus, Baja MTZ Radial, and Baja Claw Radials in Traditional Light Truck Sizes up to 12.50" wide as follows:

$100 Mail in Rebate
Radial Sizes up to 12.50" wide and 33" or taller receive a rebate of $100 per set of 4 or more tires.
Offer valid August 15 - October 31, 2008.
$75 Mail in Rebate
Radial Sizes up to 12.50" wide and smaller than 33" tall receive a rebate of $75 per set of 4 or more.
Offer valid August 15 - October 31, 2008.

How the rebates work:
- Offer open to consumers only. Employees, retailers, and distributors of Mickey Thompson products are not eligible.
- Mail in rebate offer is valid on a set of 4 or more tires. One rebate per vehicle.
- "Big Fat Tire Rebate" valid only on purchases made between June 1 - September 30, 2008.
- Rebate for tires up to 12.50" wide valid only on purchases made between August 15 - October 31, 2008.
- Sizes are strictly limited to inventory on hand, no substitutions, no rain checks.
- A prepaid MasterCard® for the amount of the rebate may be issued as payment. Card terms and conditions apply.
- Mail a copy of your original store invoice indicating date of purchase and products purchased along with this form. All purchases will be verified with the retailer to avoid fraud.
- All rebate requests for tires up to 12.50" wide must be postmarked by December 1, 2008.
- All "Big Fat Tire Rebate" requests must be postmarked by October 30, 2008.
- Not responsible for lost, damaged, missing, or misdirected mail. Please retain copies of all items sent for your records.
- Offer valid only in U.S.A. & Canada, Void where prohibited or otherwise restricted. Allow 6-8 weeks for processing.
